Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need a current card to take a refresher class?

In order to take a renewal course, you must have a current, unexpired, course card for that discipline issued by the American Heart Association.

What organizations do you offer certifications for?

We currently only offer American Heart Association Courses and American College of Surgeons Stop the Bleed Course. We are working on expanding our course offerings to include additional AHA course such as ACLS and PALS, as well as courses from other organizations such as NAEMT, American Safety and Health Institute, and American Red Cross. We will advertise when additional courses become available so be sure to check back in with us.

Do you offer refunds or reschedules?

Fast Action CPR does not offer any refunds. All sales are final. However we will make every attempt to work with you to reschedule a class subject to instructor availability.
